How quickly can we start?
For most projects we can begin discovery within one to two weeks. Urgent work — a security incident or data recovery — we treat as a priority and respond to the same day.
Do you work with companies outside India?
Yes. We're remote-first and work with clients across time zones. Most collaboration happens asynchronously, with scheduled calls when they matter.
How do you price your work?
Fixed-scope projects are quoted with a clear price and timeline up front. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. Either way, you'll never get a surprise invoice — we agree the numbers before we begin.
Will I work with the people who pitched me?
Always. The senior people you speak to are the people who do the work. We're deliberately small so that never changes.
