Book a focused 45-minute paid consultation, or pay a custom amount toward a project. A senior consultant reviews your goals and gives you a clear, written action plan — yours to keep, whether or not you work with us. A consultation fee is credited in full against your first project if you go ahead.

For most projects we can begin discovery within one to two weeks. Urgent work such as a security incident or data recovery is treated as a priority and answered the same day.
Yes. We’re remote-first and work with clients across time zones. Most collaboration happens asynchronously, with scheduled calls when they matter.
Fixed-scope projects are quoted with a clear price and timeline up front. Ongoing work runs on a monthly retainer. Either way, you’ll never get a surprise invoice. The numbers are agreed in writing before we begin.
